Let's face it - breakups can be challenging and emotionally draining. I faced my share of ups and downs when I went through my divorce. One thing that helped me to manage my low points was to focus on doing more activities to lift my spirits.
Spending quality time with family and friends, reading books, hiking, and checkin gout new restaurants during my down time helped to enhance my overall mood and well-being. When I made time to enjoy life more it helped me to unleash my creativity in different ways. It also helped me to feel more refreshed and enabled me to approach other situations in life with added perspective.
Not only did this help me to feel better about myself, but it also helped improve the quality of the interactions I have with other people. I found in honoring my wellbeing, I attracted more desirable opportunities into my life.
